The 2-Wood Pairs Competition was held on Saturday 2 August 2025 on a lovely sunny afternoon and followed by a delicious buffet tea. Our thanks to all who contributed food to the buffet and helped with setting up in the morning and clearing up afterwards.

The event was enjoyed by 26 participants plus partners and guests. The competition began with a group stage of limited end matches with the winners from each of the four groups going through to the semi-finals.

The winners were Margaret Sackville and Gerry O'Keefe and the runners-up were Helen Lawrence and Tony Hick.
